RE: Trouble Logging In or Making Payments?

Dear Member,

We’ve received reports that some members are having trouble logging in or making payments. Some have even seen messages saying their accounts don’t exist. Please rest assured no accounts have been deleted.

The most common reason for login issues is an outstanding balance from missed payments.
If this applies to you:

1.     Visit our website and use the Pay link below:

https://www.umojawetu.com/Payments/MakePayment?

2.     Enter your registration number to make your payment.
Once your balance is cleared, you should be able to log in as normal.

If you’re still unable to log in or have forgotten your registration number, please contact the admin team for assistance.

Important  Update Your Next of Kin Information

Dear Member,

We kindly ask that you update your next of kin details at your earliest convenience.

• To do so, please follow these 7 simple steps:

• Log in to our website using the following Click the link:
  
  

• Tap the three lines in the top-left corner to open the menu.
  
  

• Choose "Manage," then select "Next of Kin."
  
  

• In the top-right corner, click the "+" icon to add a new next of kin.
  
  

• Select the member you wish to update.
  
  

• Enter the full name, relationship, phone number, email, and address of the next of kin.
  
  

• Click "Submit" to save the changes.
  
  

Please repeat these steps for each member to ensure that all next of kin information is up-to-date.

Tunaomba u update taarifa za  Next Of Kin wako au wa familia Yako

• Tafadhali fuata hatua hizi rahisi:

1. Ingia kwenye tovuti yetu kwa kutumia kiungo hiki:
   
   

2. Bonyeza mistari mitatu iliyopo kwenye kona ya juu kushoto ili kufungua option zaidi..
   
   

3. Chagua "Manage," kisha bonyeza "Next Of Kin."
   
   

4. Katika kona ya juu kulia, bonyeza icon ya + Add Next Of Kin.
   
   

5. Chagua mwanachama unayetaka kusasisha (Ku update).
   
   

6. Ingiza jina kamili, uhusiano, namba ya simu, barua pepe, na anwani ya mtu wa karibu.
   
   

7. Bonyeza "Submit" kuhifadhi mabadiliko.
   
   

Tafadhali rudia hatua hizi kwa kila mwanachama ili kuhakikisha taarifa zote kwa kila mwananchama ana Next of Kin wake

We’ve noticed that some members have not yet completed the "Next of Kin" section in their registration details. To update this information, kindly log in to your Umoja Wetu account and navigate to the Next of Kin section to fill in the required details.

Should you face any difficulties, please don’t hesitate to contact our IT team or Umoja Wetu Management for support.

If the section remains incomplete after two weeks, we will share a Google Form listing the names of those who still need to update their information. We encourage you to respond by clicking the link and confirming completion.

Tumegundua kuwa baadhi ya wanachama bado hawajakamilisha sehemu ya "Next of Kin" kwenye maelezo yao ya usajili. Tafadhali ingia kwenye akaunti yako ya Umoja Wetu na uende kwenye sehemu ya Next of Kin ili kujaza taarifa zinazohitajika.

Iwapo utakumbana na changamoto yoyote, usisite kuwasiliana na timu yetu ya IT au Uongozi wa Umoja Wetu kwa msaada.

Iwapo baada ya wiki mbili sehemu hii bado haitakuwa imekamilika, tutatuma Google Form yenye majina ya wale wanaohitajika kukamilisha taarifa hizi kama ukumbusho. Tunawahimiza mbonyeze kiungo hicho na kuthibitisha kuwa mmemaliza.
